'10 ways to raise your vibration' with Bobby Sullivan - In this workshop we will examine 10 practical ways to help lighten your load and raise the vibration of your energy. We will assess your spiritual energies and blocks on a mental, emotional, physical level – then work with various techniques to help you affect your own vibration. The aura camera will be used to see how the vibrational change can show up in your energy system by taking a picture before and after the workshop.

About the Instructor - Bobby Sullivan
Bobby is an experienced Minnesota based energy worker who combines his gifts and vast knowledge of the meta-physical with a laid-back sense of humor to create a fun and insightful experience in all of his services and classes.

In 1998, Bobby signed up for a class taught by well-known author Echo Bodine. “Meeting Echo for the first time was like seeing a long-lost friend. We quickly became close, and after a year of being her student, she asked me to work along side her as a teaching assistant."

In early 2005 Sullivan partnered with Echo Bodine to open up “The Center,” (which closed in 2009) a healing and teaching facility located in South Minneapolis, where on average, about 150 students a week took classes on Healing, and Spirituality.
