June 6th (Wednesday) 7pm – 8pm Jason Calva, Pranic Healer, leads this meditation:

Experience a cleaner energy body, calmer emotions, and increased mental clarity through Meditation on the Twin Hearts, in which we focus on blessing the Earth through the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum.

We begin the hour with a brief introduction to the meditation (about 15 minutes) discussing prana (aka chi), the energy body, activating chakras, and Pranic Healing. After the intro, we will lead very short, simple exercises to prepare the body for meditation (only about 5 minutes). The meditation itself is 22 minutes long...it is guided by Master Choa, where he leads us through the Buddhist mantra of Om Mani Padme Hum as we bless the Earth and all the sentient beings. Then we repeat the exercises (to assimilate the energy generated from the meditation into the body). The final 15 minutes provides time to discuss experiences or answer any questions. $10 Donation Requested.

Jason Calva is a certified Pranic Healing instructor with an Associate of Science degree in Integrative Health and Healing. He has been studying prana and the energy body since 2003.
